SoftSilver™ sheets are the latest grounded sleep technology, the culmination of years of product development. This special fabric is woven entirely from ultra-fine silver thread. It feels silky soft to touch, is highly conductive and offers improved EMF shielding compared with conventional earthing/grounding products.
While grounding the body in any way greatly reduces the effects of low frequency EMFs (such as from mains electricity and domestic appliances), the continuous silver of the SoftSilver™ products means that they also block high frequency EMFs (such as WiFi and 5G) much more effectively than other grounding products.
Longevity is also significantly improved compared with a conventional earthing/grounding sheet. The SoftSilver™ sheets will remain effective approximately twice as long given the same usage and care (see below for recommended washing and care instructions).
Because of the very high conductivity, the SoftSilver™ sheets can provide an excellent grounding connection even through a covering sheet. This allows the use of a more cost-effective, smaller size sheet. Using under a covering sheet will also further improve the longevity.
Alternatively it can be used as a bottom sheet or top sheet with direct body contact, wrapped around the whole body, or used to treat a specific area of the body.

Washing and care instructions
Please note: Due to the nature of silver, the SoftSilver™ products may show some discolouration after long-term use and washing. This does not affect the functionality of the product. We cannot accept returns because of discolouration of the silver as this is simply the nature of the material.
It is good to wash your grounding product. It will not be harmed by washing, in fact it is beneficial. Washing strips body sweat and natural skin oils from the silver keeping it conductive.

Wash in a washing machine with warm water (40°C / 105°F)
Use a liquid laundry detergent (
this detergent is our specific recommendation)
Line dry or dry in a dryer on low (up to 65°C / 150°F)

Bleach, lotions and oils can tarnish the silver rendering it non-conductive. Fabric softener builds up on the silver and will eventually ruin its conductive properties. Please also check/clean the detergent drawer of your washing machine for residues of other detergents, since many detergents (particularly powders) contain whitening agents which will harm the silver, even in small quantities.
It is advised to wait one hour to use the product after applying oils or lotions to the skin.

Connection for North America
The supplied cord fits directly into the 'Ground' pin of a North American type socket, used in Canada, the United States and Mexico. It can also be used in Central America, the Caribbean, northern South America (Colombia, Ecuador, Venezuela and parts of Brazil), Japan and Taiwan.
Since it is not uncommon for sockets of this type to be missing an Earth connection, this connection option includes a socket tester to verify correct socket wiring. You only need 1 tester per household, so you can choose the "without connection plug" option if you order additional products.
Note that not all outlet sockets of this type have a 3rd pin for Ground. Sockets with only 2 pins cannot be used for grounding, and so a grounding rod must be used instead.

Grounding rod kit
If you don't have a properly earthed mains outlet (for example some European houses or a pre-1960s house in the United States), then you can instead use a grounding rod kit to make a connection directly with the ground outside.
The kit consists of a 0.3m (1ft) stainless steel rod with a 12m (40ft) cord. The rod is pushed into the ground outside, which makes a good electrical connection to the Earth. The cord is only 2mm in diameter so it can usually be run through the edge of a window frame with the window closed.

I'm very happy with the products
I've just started using grounding SoftSilver sheets and pillow cases. After 3 weeks I noticed my sleep improved and i do not wake up mid night anymore. I also feel less back pain.

Yesterday, I slept on groundology's bed sheet for the first time after washing it by hand with a gentle, fragrance-free detergent.
It was a wonderful experience. I noticed the effects after a few minutes, which was a little unsettling, but I reminded myself that I was sleeping on a grounding bedsheet.
I calmed down and slept well after weeks of poor sleep.

The products are amazing and have helped me recover from deep-seated (years-long) chronic insomnia. I had tried every other possible approach to curing my insomnia and absolutely nothing worked. I bought the fitted sheet and it worked like a charm - within 3 weeks I was sleeping through the night and waking refreshed every morning. Years later I still buy one every couple of years as they do lose their conductivity over time and I do still need them to get a good night's sleep, but they are worth every penny. I have just bought my latest replacement this week. They have literally given me my life back.
Over the past year, I have used both a grounding mat and pillowcase from Groundology. Over time Groundology has given me replacements.
For products, i prefer PVC grounding mats so i do not have to wash. Just wipe with water or non bleach spray. No bleach.
Fabric items: i forgot to use specialised soap and i lost conductivity …. But Groundology stepped in and offered me half price PVC grounding mat (full length which they had before). This was few years back.
I now have two large grounding mats for neck to toe length. I cannot live without them. I feel a big difference mentally and physically, without it.
