We accept payment via our secure server by all major credit cards and by PayPal. We take payment in British Pounds (GBP). Where prices are shown in other currencies, this is for your information only and is approximate. The final payment amount will be shown in GBP.
Payment will be deemed to have been made once we are in receipt of all cleared funds. Until this point all goods remain the property of Groundology.

If you have not received your order within the estimated times, then please contact us and we will track the dispatch and update you with the estimated date of arrival. Please note that delivery times are dependant on individual postal services and are therefore not guaranteed.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives in less than satisfactory condition, then please contact us.
Up until the point of dispatch you may contact us to cancel your order and we will issue a full refund.
In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, then please contact us to arrange return. We will advise how to return the goods to us and we will cover the cost of this. We will offer you the choice of either a replacement or refund.
If you wish to return the goods for any other reason then please contact us in writing or by email within 14 days of receiving your order. The goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition, and in the case of personal items such as grounding sheets, bands or patches, these must be unused. You will have to cover the cost of returning the goods to us. Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will issue a refund.
Returns relating to business to business sales (i.e. wholesale orders) will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Your privacy and the care of your personal data is highly important to us.
Any personal data which you submit to us, either via this website or via other means, is stored securely and in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act and EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). These regulations are applicable to the protection of your data wherever you are in the world. You have a right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you think there is a problem with the way we are handling your data.
We hold your data for the purpose of fulfilling your purchases and providing after sales service. You can contact us at any time to request a copy of the data we hold, or to request that we amend or delete your data.
With your explicit consent, we may also use your email address contact you from time to time with product updates or special offers we consider to be of interest to you. You can unsubscribe from these mailings at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of each email.
All communication you have with us remains confidential. We will never share your contact details with any third party, except where necessary to complete your order (for example we may pass your address and contact details to a delivery company but only for the sole purpose of delivering your order).
Payment transactions are handled via our secure server with high grade encryption, or by PayPal's server if you opt to pay this way. We never store your credit or debit card details.

We want you to be happy with your experience with us. If for any reason you need to make a comment or complaint, or would just like to tell us how much you love using our products, then please contact us. This does not affect your statutory rights.
